Mrs Patricia Lau CEO Hong Kong Sheng Kung Hui Welfare Council Ltd Patricia previously served as Director of Alumni Affairs and Development at The Education University of Hong Kong (EdUHK). With 30+ years of management experience, she was Deputy Commissioner for Efficiency in the HKSAR Government's Innovation and Technology Bureau. Her work included fostering social innovation and collaboration, notably with the Social Innovation and Entrepreneurship Development Fund (SIE Fund) Task Force.
