About this course
This preparatory course is designed to provide learners with a basic understanding of the important concepts in search marketing (SEM & SEO). Throughout the course, learners will gain insights into the workings of search engines, the benefits of implementing SEM and SEO campaigns, and the behavior of searchers.
By the end of the course, learners will have a solid understanding of the basics of search marketing and the key factors that contribute to the success of an SEM or SEO campaign. They will also be equipped with practical skills and knowledge that can be applied to their own projects or business goals.

Dr. Jiang Zhiying
Dr. Jiang Zhiying is the Head of the Master of Digital Marketing programme at the Singapore University of Social Science (SUSS). She is a trained statistician and econometrician. Her research and teaching interests include digital marketing analytics, consumer behaviour insights, search engine marketing, marketing research methods, etc. Dr Jiang is also actively involved in various consultancy projects. Her recently consulted projects include modelling customer review data for Philips (Amsterdam) and using customer journey mapping to streamline HDB info web. |
